Innovasea has named Jorge Bravo its Managing Director of Chile

“Jorge has consistently proven himself as a leader and shown a strategic, results-oriented mindset that has been instrumental in driving our Chilean success,“ Innovasea Vice President of Aquaculture Marc Turano said. “I’m confident he will continue to elevate the role and foster meaningful relationships across the region.”

As Managing Director, Bravo will oversee Innovasea’s operations, strategy and performance in Chile. Key priorities will include ensuring the area’s fish farms enjoy high-quality solutions and ongoing support, while also collaborating with them to continue developing innovative, high-impact offerings that will advance the country’s salmon industry.

Part of this effort will be working closely with farms to better understand pressing issues, technology gaps and opportunities that will guide Innovasea’s ongoing research and development. These solutions will complement and enhance Innovasea’s existing suite of reliable, precision aquaculture technology, including the biomass estimation solution (BiomassPro) and environmental sensors (aquaMeasure).

“I’m excited to partner with local farms, making them an integral part of the country’s long-term success,” Bravo said. “Through this collaboration, we’ll be able to better tailor state-of-the-art solutions that effectively meet their needs and deliver sustainable, long-term growth.”
