At the beginning of July Vónin Ltd of the Faroe Islands and Refa Frøystad Group Ltd (RFG) of Norway signed an agreement to merge the companies under one holding company called VÓN Ltd.
Vónin and RFG will continue as two independent companies, but with a very close cooperation.
According to financial statements the total turnover is in DKK350m. The holding company is founded with a total equity of DKK114m.
The members of the board are: Klaus Rasmussen, chairman (FO), Olaf Olsen (FO), Jón Rasmussen (FO), Per Sævik (NO) and Fríðrik Jóhannesson (IS). The managing director is Hjalmar Petersen.
