Ymuiden Stores Holland says it has recently launched a new range of steel wire rope products including EURAL wires, produced with a special heavy coating which offers up to 25 per cent more life. It says the coating offers strong corrosion protection combined with improved grease adhesion. EURAL warps are available as compacted and ordinary fabrication.

The company said demand is up for its EUROPACT, a compacted warp with flattened, outer wires. The main advantage is the increased strength per diameter as this allow skippers to spool more wire on their winches, the company says.
Ymuiden says it can offer a complete range of warps, from 6mm to 58mm, from stock for same-day shipping from receipt of order.
