Registration for Marel’s 2020 Salmon ShowHow in Copenhagen, Denmark will open soon.
Featuring live demonstrations, speakers and seminars, the show, held on 5 February next year, provides a hands-on opportunity for salmon producers to stay abreast of new technologies and proven solutions.
Live demonstrations
The demonstrations of integrated solutions, standalone equipment and food processing software will run in a simulated factory environment with real product, focusing on showing visitors how Marel can help them increase yield, improve the use of raw materials and enable full traceability. Guests will also have the opportunity to walk through simulations of hi-tech processing facilities in virtual reality.
Speakers and seminars
The speaker and seminar agenda will be announced closer to the date. At the 2019 event, Dag Sletmo looked at some of the ways digitalisation is advancing the salmon industry. Together with Arturo Clément he also presented insights into how Chilean salmon producers are using the latest advances to face challenges and secure their competitive position.
