After one year of developments, Royal Lankhorst Euronete Group has just launched Blue Fin Combination Rope, a new combination rope made out of double galvanised wires and with improved Eurosteel yarns to increase the abrasion properties. The company says that the new rope has already been tested in the UK, Portugal, Spain and the USA with very good results.

Royal Lankhorst Euronete Group also reports great success of the Super 12 net twines for the front meshes of large pelagic trawls.

The net twines are produced from "Enkalon" nylon fibres, which guarantee a constant quality and performance and are made with an in-house developed bonding for improved abrasion properties.

The company underlines the importance of the braided construction used on these twines, which allows a very easy and strong eye splicing. Another advantage is that Super 12 does not twist.

Super 12 is available in white, green, red and blue form 8 to 20mm.
