The 2026 edition of IceFish, running from 22–24 September in Kópavogur, Iceland, promises another dynamic gathering for the global seafood industry.

Since its inception in 1984, IceFish has been a cornerstone for Icelandic commercial fisheries, steadily expanding to draw international attention and business opportunities across the fisheries, processing and aquaculture sectors.

Leading international exhibitors will showcase cutting-edge fisheries and aquaculture solutions at this year’s IceFish

This year’s exhibition will feature a diverse mix of exhibitors presenting new technologies, products and services designed to address the evolving needs of the seafood and aquaculture industries. Attendees can explore hands-on demonstrations, interactive showcases and detailed presentations from companies at the forefront of innovation, gaining insights into emerging practices and industry trends.

Among the notable new exhibitors are Fagerberg, Moleaer and Protec. Danish engineering and consulting firm Fagerberg brings technical expertise in supply systems and industrial processes, leveraging a global network to provide locally adapted, technology-driven solutions for Icelandic conditions.

Norwegian company Moleaer will showcase its nanobubble technology, used worldwide in aquaculture facilities, surface water treatment and resource recovery systems, with over 4,000 installations in more than 55 countries.

Icelandic firm Protec will highlight its construction solutions, offering consulting, design, project management and delivery of buildings and building components, including steel frames and cross-laminated timber units, tailored to the local market.

IceFish continues to be a hub for launching new vessels, equipment and services while connecting international experts with Icelandic stakeholders. Exhibitors and visitors from more than 60 countries will gather to explore innovation, foster collaboration, and strengthen the global seafood network.
