The 900m2 demonstration hall will host a range of full lines and standalone machines, including both proven and prototype solutions. Demonstrations will show the best ways to apply new and proven processing technology to boost results.

Highlights include automatic pinbone removal; a range of robot packing solutions including a new prototype of an intelligent box system for packing portions into multiple box sizes simultaneously and a new trimming flowline for farmed fish species such as seabass, seabream and tilapia, with data integration directly to Innova for monitoring performance.

External speakers include Freyr Thórdarson, senior vice president DNB, who will address emerging trends and challenges in the seafood industry and Gonzalo Campos, senior fish marketing manager Europe SealedAir Food Care, who will present whitefish as the ‘next affordable luxury’.

This is the fifth year in a row that whitefish processors from around the world come together at the 'Whitefish ShowHow' to explore the latest processing innovations and industry trends, and to experience some of the key technological advances first-hand.
