Thai Union Group, has signed an agreement with Shanghai Win-Chain Supply Chain Management to become strategic partners in supplying Thai Union’s seafood products to the Chinese market.

Win-Chain agreed to connect Thai Union with retail and food service channels managed by e-commerce company, Alibaba, and help it set up a flagship store on the Tmall online platform to promote Thai Union’s brands to Chinese consumers.
“Asia, especially China, is very important to our future growth, with the seafood market expanding steadily. Thai Union is very pleased to join hands with Win-Chain to provide our highest quality seafood to Chinese consumers,” commented Thiraphong Chansiri, chief executive of Thai Union Group.
Win-Chain is a global sourcing platform for fresh food, focusing on a data-driven approach to facilitate China’s retail and catering operations.
