The Baader Group, the Pourkian Group, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology, and the Chinese company SAN''AN Technology Group have signed an agreement for strategic cooperation for the future Super-Bio-Food in Europe and China.
The aim of this collaboration is to serve the increasing demand for organic fish and meat products in the growing markets in Europe and China.
To ensure efficient and quality-assuring supplies for slaughter houses with Super-Bio-Fish and Super-Bio-Poultry, SAN'AN will take the necessary measures to support the fish and poultry farmers in China by using various tests and audits by independent institutes which are accredited in Europe for the organic sector. This improves the quality of the Super-Bio-Meat according to European standards in relation to the entire production process and all following processing steps.
The necessary processing lines for fish and poultry processing are supplied by the BAADER Group, which supports both manual and automatic processing solutions for fish and poultry.
The Fraunhofer Institute will ensure that both the farmers and the slaughter houses will get clear ideas and rules how to get Super-Bio-Product. The backup and compliance of the standards established by the Fraunhofer Institute guarantee a high quality production. The Fraunofer Institute is responsible for the compliance of the Super-Bio-Meat regarding the EU organic regulation.
The Pourkian Group is responsible for marketing, branding and sales. The task is to find partners for the integration of Super-Bio-Products in the European market.
