Sri Lankan company Lihini Seafood (pvt) Ltd has been awarded Friend of the Sea certification for its yellowfin tuna and swordfish.
Derived products, from fishing vessels operating in the Eastern Indian Ocean (FAO Area 57), can now carry the Friend of the Sea sustainability seal of approval.
