Voyager Fishing Company Ltd, Northern Ireland, has signed a building contract with Danish shipyard Karstensen Skibsverft for construction of a combined purse seiner/trawler.
Vik-Sandvik has designed the new fishing vessel and will deliver all building documentation.
The new Voyager will be delivered in July 2010.
With this contract, Vik-Sandvik has seven new, company-designed fishing vessels under construction.
