Ivan Vindheim has been appointed as new CFO at Norway’s Marine Harvest ASA. He will take up the position from 1 August 2012, when current CFO, Jørgen Kristian Andersen steps down at the end of July.

Mr Vindheim transfers to Marine Harvest from the position of CFO at Lerøy Seafood Group ASA. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH, and an MBA from the same school. Added to this, he is a state authorised public accountant and a certified financial analyst.
Prior to his job at Lerøy Seafood Group, Mr Vindheim held a position as vice president finance at Rolls-Royce Marine AS. Before this, he worked for Deloitte.
