An extraordinary general meeting has elected Brian Chang as new board member for the Bergen Group ASA. The proposal for a new board member came from Spring Capital Resources Inc, which in November this year flagged an ownership of 33.1% of the shares in Bergen Group ASA.
Chang is the deputy chairman and CEO of Yantai CIMC Raffles Shipyard Co Ltd , previously known as Yantai Raffles which he founded 1994. He has extensive experience from the international shipbuilding and offshore industry.
