Following consumer led demands, Craemer has successfully developed the new Craebox, a straight stack 70l fish box, for the largest European port at Peterhead, UK. Robust with a clean lined hygienic design, the Craebox has already been tried and proven to be a very versatile, reliable, long-term reusable fish box for the whitefish sector.
Adopted by skippers as well as the major pooling companies for hire, returns and box-washing, the Craebox has added a further dimension to the comprehensive range of nest stack fish boxes also available from Craemer.
Also on display will be Craemer’s Eurofish Nest stack box and lid, which has also proved to be an excellent investment as a pooling box throughout the chain, from fish farms to processors. This is not only durable, but the company says it is designed to fit all standard logistics systems and maximise transport with huge savings within the cool chain.
Craemer’s range of plastic crates and pallets meet the fishing industry’s demands for hygiene and safety. Special raised profiles around the perimeter of the pallet deck act as a retainer to prevent slippage during storage and transportation, whilst the crates provide for maximum stability and optimise space utilisation in cold stores or vehicles.
