They contain Friend of the Sea sustainable fish oils.
Omega-3 supplements are mostly composed of fish oil from some major fisheries worldwide. Those oils which are certified by Friend of the Sea use fisheries which target pelagic species (eg: anchovies and sardines) which are very resilient to fishing pressure. They are well managed and fished with very selective methods and with no impact to the seabed.
The Omega-3 supplements originate from fish caught in compliance with stringent sustainable fishing practices.
