Global X Funds, the New York based provider of exchange traded funds (ETFs), has launched the Global X Fishing Industry ETF (Ticker: FISN).
The Global X Fishing Industry ETF tracks the Solactive Global Fishing Index, which is designed to measure broad based equity market performance of global companies involved in the fishing industry. As of 29 April 2011, the three largest components of the index were Cermaq ASA, Marine Harvest, and Toyo Suisan Kaisha Ltd.
