The LIMA’s company origin goes back to the early 70’s, when Brittany and the Great West of France became the No. 1 European region dedicated to poultry breeding and further processing.
Since that time, LIMA are specialists in the design, manufacturing and sale of meat bones separators, deboners, desinewers, corresponding to the highest EU-USA quality standards.
Thanks to dynamism in innovation, a complete range of machines internationally patented has been developed. Several LIMA patents have been filed. The constant technical research and developments allowed improving quality of the separated meat as well as capacities.
In spring 1999, LIMA moved to a new 1600 m²factory located on the western side of QUIMPER city in Brittany. This new factory is modernly equipped with an inhouse laboratory to allow customers to test their own products.
A team of representatives and associated companies markets and services the separators on more than 70 countries on all continents.
