Along with the recent launch of its vertical plate freezer with automatic unloading system, Tucal has also made some modifications to the design of its standard vertical plate freezers (with manual unloading system).
By making these modifications, the company aims to make its vertical plate freezers easier to use and more comfortable. The changes affect the finishing of the equipment: the front is now closed with PE500 covers which can be easily removed for cleaning, and are also very good for isolation. As an option, the freezer can also be supplied with PE 500 top covers for isolation, for when people are working at the same area of the freezers, and also with stainless steel side frames to prevent the product from falling during the loading of the equipment.
The other characteristics of the vertical plate freezers stay the same, with the structure made of stainless steel as standard and aluminium plates of high mechanical and anticorrosive resistance.
Tucal says that thanks to an automated production process, the company can fulfil the shortest delivery times – for example, the company recently supplied a series of four Russian type vertical plate freezers (with horizontal dividers) in a record time of less than four weeks.
