Baader’s long term partner, Northbay Pelagic, finalised the order of 17 state of the art pelagic fish processing machines and one TRIO FDS 55 Skinner during the Boston Seafood Show.
Baader says that it is excited to be a major supplier for Northbay Pelagic’s new facility. Each of the 17 processing lines will consist of the heading and filleting lines BAADER 221 LA and the skinning machines BAADER 56.
At the contract signing, Chris Anderson, director of Northbay Pelagic, said, "The Baader machines are extremely well known and reliable and Baader has professional staff behind the machines. We already have a long history together and we know that we will get the best solution and the best service. Baader has extensive experience from many other successful installations and will give us again the essential competitive edge.
Baader will start manufacturing the equipment immediately and has said it will ensure on-time delivery of all machines by the end of July 2015.
