German manufacturer NOCK will exhibit its new and trusted machines for the fish processing industry at SPE in hall 4, booth-no. 4-6351.

The new Industrial Press Screw Separator NOCK SEPARATOR SP 254/1 separates solids from water. In fish processing plants this press screw separator is used for de-watering and compacting fish waste and for wastewater treatment.
The new NOCK Freeze Drum Skinner TFE 350 operates with a freeze drum technology and is the perfect machine to skin soft, for example, defrosted fish fillets and fish with weak skin. This machine can also be applied to slice fish fillets horizontally.
NOCK says that excellent results in yield and operating capacity can be achieved with the double lane fish skinner, NOCK Skinex TWIN QS 888. This machine allows thin skinning with a sharp blade as well as pulling-off the skin with a blunt blade (silver skinning). This machine is suitable for many fish, including tilapia, pangasius, and cod.
