Stand: 4-6323 Warehouse designer, constructor and operator, Preferred Freezer Services, has announced that its first international facility is under construction in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The site has unrestricted access, allowing truck delivery 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The facility is 1,000m from the Phu My Bridge, with scheduled completion this year.
In addition to being located near major transportation developments, the site is near all Ho Chi Minh City key ports : VICT (Vietnam International Container Terminal/APL), Cat Lai Port and Hiep Phuc Port.
The facility adds 8 million cubic feet to the more than 180 million cubic feet of space that Preferred Freezer Services presently has in its portfolio.
