Cretel and Marelec have come together to form new company called UWAVE, manufacturer of the new U WAVE U1 Microwave Tempering machine.
The U WAVE U1 series microwave tempering machine is described as a cost effective way of tempering frozen blocks in one to two minutes from, for example, -20oC to -2/-4oC following the product.
Drip loss is minimised, so the yield and product quality stay optimal. Flexible programs allow the operator to select the ideal program for the product.
The product is put on the input belt and comes out tempered at the output. The modular design guarantees minimum energy consumption for maximum results.
