Stand: 4-6143 The new Nobilis 46TA(C) from Cretel is a fully automatic fish skinner and is a part of the Nobilis 46 series.
The Nobilis 46TA(C) comes with an infeed and outfeed conveyor and has a state-of-the-art pressure roller system on top of the machine for a better grip. The machine is equipped with vandal-proof Piezo-switches, and the disassembly of the skinning shoe and changing the blade can be done very quickly, without using any tools.
The infeed and outfeed conveyor belts make the machine suitable for use in an industrial production line. This multi-purpose fish skinner is available with a range of toothed rollers to fit the user's application.
The skinner has been designed for all kinds of flat fish and round fish fillets such as tilapia, butterfly herring, plaice, whiting, squid, catfish etc.
