Marelec will be exhibiting at Seafood Processing Global alongside other members of the TFT group.

The company will have many machines on display at the exhibition, including:

The Portio 3A - a portion cutter that cuts fresh fish or meat into portions of fixed weight, fixed thickness or a combination. The machine uses the proven technology of laser guided cameras to scan the volume. With the volume and the density known, the machine calculates instantly where to cut to reach the desired weight or thickness. Thanks to its three cameras, Marelec says that it offers the best possible precision.

The Portio 1F Z3 - the smaller sibling of the regular Portio 1. It has been specifically designed to portion flat products such as fish or poultry fillets. This revolutionary design has resulted in a more compact portion cutter with the same accuracy and capacity as the Portio 1, as it uses the same proven laser and scanning technology.

The Marelec MC3 Classic Grader - used for the grading of various fish products, such as salmon, turbot, bass, oysters, etc. Marelec’s MC grading systems consist of an infeed belt, a dynamic weigher and a grading belt.

The Marelec M3/6 Compact Grader - compact means that infeed, weighing and outfeed are on one frame and belt. The M3/6 is designed for weighing small or vulnerable products such as fish, poultry and meat.

The Marelec W50/D100 – the ultimate weighing and labelling system for use at sea. This system is the result of combining high-precision components in a powerful production management system. The W50/D100 is produced with the Marelec PR1 or PR2 label printer, for an efficient marking of fish boxes.
