One of Innotec Systems’ “Speedy Thawing” systems has been put into action thawing whole frozen mackerel blocks at one of the biggest pelagic processors in the Netherlands.
The system enables the user to completely thaw frozen blocks within 3.5 hours from -18C to 0C/+1C, all within HACCP regulations.
Dutch-based Innotec is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and has introduced a new company logo to mark the milestone.
