The Wavecheetah II motion compensating weighing systems are designed to be used on the working deck or in the fish room of most types of fishing vessels. Specific models can be built for particular types of fishing and different fishing vessels if required.

The Den Helder machines will be used on standard Dutch beam trawlers for the weighing and recording of catches prior to boxing for market. The machines can also be upgraded to e-log recording and printing systems in the future if desired.

“The machines are simple to work and so robust”, said Pim Visser who ordered the Wavecheetah IIs on behalf of Visaflag Hollads Noorden v.o.f.

“Nesco have given us such good service and training and have kept us informed of progress right through the manufacturing of the order.”
