Freezer equipment manufacturer Advanced Freezers will be demonstrating its entire range of industrial chilling and freezing equipment at the upcoming ESE/SPE.

Advanced Freezers generates some 95% of its turnover from export sales and has several major customers in the international fish sector, making the SPE a not-to-be missed show for the company.

As Jos Bol, MD of Advanced Freezers, explains: “The ESE/SPE attracts visitors from all corners of the world. In view of both the scope of our global activities and the extensive range of chilling and freezing equipment that we offer for the seafood processing sector – including spiral freezing, carton freezing, contact freezing, chilling, glazing and hardening solutions – this show is a firm fixture in our calendar of events.”

2011 has already got off to a successful start for Advanced, as the organisation has recently completed the development and installation of a unique all-in-one concept. In this fully automated concept, various fresh fish products are frozen in a spiral freezer, then passed through a glazing unit before being transported to the packaging line. As well as improving the overall product performance, Advanced says that this solution increases the rate of throughput and results in a higher yield.

Members of the team will be available throughout the show in Hall 4 Stand 5934 to discuss the entire range of modular chilling and freezing equipment and turnkey solutions for achieving maximum efficiency on fish and seafood production lines.
