BACKGROUND
From fishing-industry beginnings to a specialist OEM
Everflo began with hands-on marine refrigeration experience in the fishing industry, giving founder Evert Potgieter practical insight into demanding operating environments.
This foundation still shapes Everflo’s focus on reliable, efficient and serviceable refrigeration solutions.
This experience revealed the need for more advanced, compact, and service-friendly solutions than those available in the market. Over time, Everflo developed its own OEM capability in Flow Ice, Refrigerated sea water systems (RSW), onboard fishing vessel and Land based freezing systems.
Today, Everflo is recognised internationally as a focused OEM and refrigeration technology leader, delivering scalable systems built for reliability, redundancy, and performance in harsh marine and industrial environments.
