Westfalia Separator will present its new separator type SE 200 at Icefish 2008 - the biggest of its kind for the fish industry worldwide.
The separator is designed for press water de-oiling and can process up to 60m³ of fish press water per hour.
The self-cleaning SE 200 features a special bowl hydraulic system for externally adjustable partial ejection volumes by means of metering cylinder. Pre-selection can be made while the machine is running. Due to its self-thinking ejection control system ejections are triggered automatically by sensing the solids level in the bowl to find out the optimum time for ejection. Thus, product losses are minimised and therefore highest product yields can be achieved. With its very high g-force the new Westfalia Separator SE 200 can even process products which are normally difficult to separate. On top of that the hydrohermetic feed system makes for gentle product treatment by minimising shearing forces.
