Norway''s SM Triplex has won the contract to deliver the deck equipment for two purse seiner/ pelagic trawler to be built at Karstensens Shipyard in Skagen, Denmark, for Danish owners.
The M/V Isafold is a 75.8 m vessel designed by Rolls-Royce Nordvestconsult, Ã…lesund and will have the following equipment: Net Winch type 850/500: Pulling power 25 tonness, for purse seine hauling of pelagic trawl; intermediate roller type TRH-123, with pulling power of 2.6t; Net stacker crane type NK-7500 with roller unit and winch, roller type TRH-160, pulling power roller 6t; Lifting capacity winch 5t; Cork line stacker type FL-112 for automatic stacking of the cork line for the aft net bin; Sinker line stacker type GL-115 for automatic stacking of the lead line for the aft net bin; two ring needles RN-85 for the purse rings.
The forward Deck we will get: one Knuckle boom Deck Crane type KN-75/5,0/100/40, lifting capacity 5t on 14 m radius; one Knuckle boon fish pump crane with 2 winches KN-50/3,0/1,5/85/35; Lifting capacity main winch 3t on 12m radius, lifting capacity auxiliary winch 1,5t on 11 m radius.
Triplex say they are supplying a complete el hydraulic power pack for the above equipment.
