Marine equipment specialist Fluid Controls has reported that 2011 is starting well – with orders in for three of the new 24" fish pumps, eight 18" pumps and three 14" pumps.
According to the company, test results have come back and the new 24″ fish pump has been described as “awesome” by customers! As yet Fluid Controls does not have the actual calculations for capacity, but has been told that it exceeds anything on the market and with excellent fish quality.
Testing of the new stainless 18″ swivels has been very successful aboard the Dutch factory ship Annelies Ilena. Through Hans Morana, the company’s Norwegian representative, Fluid Controls has supplied 12 8″ stainless steel sealed swivels for the pumping of krill.
Thee swivels will be available in a range of sizes suitable for quick connect to standard hose connections. The company will also be able to offer them with bolthole configuration up to 24″.
