The Spanish Government has followed the French example and will be helping fishermen to face the rise in oil prices.

France's aid to fishermen consist on the devolution on 0.04 cents per litre. This amount multiply but the estimated consume of oil, would mean around 100 million Euros. Last month, angry fishermen blockaded French ferry ports asking for subsidies to the Goverment.. Calais, Dunkirk and Le Havre were blocked for four hours on Friday by cordons of fishing vessels.
