The Positive Drive belts have a smooth homogenous surface and integral teeth on the drive side and because of their homogeneous characteristics, there are no crevices where bacteria may harbour making it simple to clean.
Volta says that its Positive Drive belts ensure a drastic reduction in water usage while increasing productivity considerably.
The Positive-Drive belt's unique design allows the teeth to function as a guide for the belt. This special feature completely eliminates off-tracking and belt damage. Since the teeth are an integral part of the belt, they have no weld points that may break under load and, moreover, the lack of modular components or joints reduces noise levels to a minimum.
SuperDriveTM: Integrated teeth on the drive side function as a positive drive system and guide for the belt which prevents slippage, belt tensioning and off-tracking.
DualDrive: When increasing hygiene standards this belt is ideal for direct replacement of existing modular belt applications with no retrofit requirements. This dual function belt can also be used with 'teeth' facing up and acting as mini cleats.
DualDrive SP: Perfect for lighter conveyor constructions. The 50mm pulley diameter provides a tight transfer of the end product between conveyors, reducing product loss. DualDrive SP also shows off the homogenous properties allowing water reduction and highest hygiene levels.
