Stand: 4-6223, 4-6227 The M-Check RF8, the newest member of Marel Food Systems’ series of check weighers, is specifically designed to deal with wet as well as dry food products.
Integrating the M-Check RF8 with the Innova software system ensures real-time monitoring and control of key performance indicators such as throughput and traceability.
The M-Check RF8 provides 100% weight control preventing underweight and/or overweight packages. The M-Check RF8 can be used for pre-packed products, and is also able to handle open units such as trays and cans. The M-Check RF8 can be used in both wet and dry areas of the processing plant, features several reject units and is available with or without a metal detector.
The design of the M-Check RF8 check weigher is perfected for maximum reliability and built to last with an all-time low maintenance cost thanks to a minimum of wear and tear parts. The M-Check RF8 has a simple yet very sturdy design and the weighing load cell features overload protection and is constructed with parallelogram.
Thanks to the M-Check RF8 software the check weigher is capable of handling several weighing jobs simultaneously and gives a full overview with the logically designed MMI. The M-Check RF8 is designed for close integration with Innova, the Marel process software technology which provides complete monitoring of the production process. Furthermore in the case of power cuts the built-in back-up power battery ensures correctly shutting down all software, thereby saving all data.
The M-Check RF8 features excellent hygiene with easy-to-clean surfaces and sealed bearing houses. The check weigher can be totally stripped down for cleaning which helps reduce the risk of bacterial intrusion.
