System description
Scanvaegt's online trimming table is made to batch feed whole fish directly from the filleting machine to the trimming operator, and after manual filleting of the whole fish the fish fillets are sent further on to individual weighing and quality control.The system has online total control of all quantities and yield, as well as collection of data in all parts of the processing, from filleting machine through trimming function to packed and shipped product.
The batch feeding of products to the ergonomically correct operator place is regulated by the system. The provided fillets pass a hopper scale and is automatically taken to a magazine plate in front of the operator. After trimming the fillet is taken to further processing via a conveyor belt.
Quality control and documentation
The individual operators are registered in the system on ID-no. and operator place no. The system calculates running number of weight, yield and percentage distribution on each cut for each operator on the trimming line. All data from the trimming line are online with Scanvaegt's automation system, which makes it possible to see all necessary reports and do online remote monitoring.
The trimming line is supervised by a quality control-system, which automatically takes out tests from each operator for quality control.
The values from the quality control are written into the system after different recipees depending on the individual trimming job. This makes it possible to give individual wages after number of kg, yield and quality.
