Norlaf started working with equipment for fish farming in the early 80´s and are still in that business, and are since 2007 employed at Aqualine AS, a leading Norwegian company. Aqualine is developing, engineering, producing, selling, installing and doing maintenance and services. The products are cage-, net- and mooring systems and are used worldwide for a lot of species.
Most of the time, Norlaf has worked as project and development manager, and R&D manager.
He has also worked for developing the equipment business area through clusters and organizations like NCE Aquatech Cluster (former akvARENA), Seafood Norway, SFI Exposed and EATIP. Norlaf is now a member of the Board of EATIP
