Nor-Fishing Foundation will have a stand for the first time at the Aqua Sur trade show this month. It will also sign a new cooperation agreement there involving the international fisheries trade fair Nor-Fishing in Trondheim and the new fisheries show Pesca Sur, which is to be held in Conception, one of Chile''s largest cities, in March 2005.
Nor-Fishing Foundation president and Norwegian director general of fisheries Peter Gullestad said Aqua Nor and Aqua Sur are the two principal aquaculture trade shows in the world, in the northern and southern hemispheres, respectively. He said hopes they can build into a world-leading event such as Nor-Fishing in Trondheim.
