Icelandic equipment expert expands in Norway
Skaginn 3X AS is expanding in Norway with a new service office in Tromsø which should give both onshore and offshore clients better access to support.
Olafur Njall Jakobsson, who will man the new office, previously worked for Skaginn 3X in Ísafjörður and has several years of experience with the company under his belt.
“We see many possibilites in Tromsø. The town is a prime location for our clients. With this expansion we aim to service our onshore and offshore clients,” said Magni Veturliðason, CEO of Skaginn 3X AS.
Mr Jakobsson will assist existing Skaginn 3X customers with installations and service, as well as help them adapt existing solutions for their individual requirements.
Skaginn 3X is an Icelandic high-tech equipment provider with experience of a wide range of solutions for food processors. It has particular expertise in the design and development of chilling, freezing and food processing solutions.
The company has recently been awarded with the President of Iceland Export Awards and the Icelandic Innovation Awards.
