Salmco Technik, based in Hamburg, presented its new vertical salmon slicer, SM 5290, at SPE in Brussels.
The slicing machine consists of a complete stainless steel frame with adjustable feet; slicing unit with feeding conveyor; a conveyor system for sliced product; and a stainless steel switch box (IP65) for pneumatic and microprocessor with an integrated heating system.
Salmco owner, Johann Glösmann, said that many of the machines were sold directly at SPE.
