Kaj Olessen A/S has recently launched its newest pinbone remover - the EASY-MATIC 103, designed for salmon and trout.
The new model is gentler to the meat, meaning less waste. The company says that the new machine also gives better performance and that the capacity is 700-1200 kilos of fillets per hour.
The machine is very easy to operate and only a little maintenance is required.
Other features include:
• Machine equipped with two de-boning heads
• Water spray system under the belt for continuous belt cleaning during production
• Belt speed can be adjusted
• Deboning unit can be adjusted in speed, height and angle
• Operated by two to three people, including checkers
