Khasan Mushtafaevich Likhov has been appointed as deputy head of Russia’s Federal Agency for Fisheries, overseeing the agency’s finance, economy and investment unit.

Khazan Likhov graduated with honours from the Academy of Economic Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in 2005 and served in the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs 2004-06.
From 2006 to 2015, he held various positions in the Office of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in the Central Federal District in the Moscow Region, the Department for Economic Regulation and Property Relations in the Fuel and Energy Sector and the Department for Corporate Governance, Pricing and Audit in the Fuel and Energy Sector of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Rosseti PJSC .
As deputy head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries, he will oversee the finance, economy and investment unit.
Prior to his appointment, he served as Executive Director of the Glavrybvod Federal State Budgetary Institution (since 2016).
