The latest vessel to be launched from the Macduff Shipyard is the Excel, which has been built for the Watt family based in Fraserburgh, Scotland.
This vessel replaces their previous 21m wooden Excel which was built in 1999 by Macduff and renamed Ocean Reaper. Macduff says the Excel is a new model reflecting the current trend in 'downsizing' vessels.
