Barcelona-based trade event Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global has announced a brand-new aquaculture innovation pavilion will feature at its next edition, taking place 21-23 April 2026 at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Vía venue.

It’s intended the pavilion will connect companies at the forefront of aquaculture technology, software, equipment as well as aquafeed, fish health and welfare companies with the global seafood industry.
SEG/SPG organiser Diversified said that suppliers, startups and researchers delivering breakthrough solutions in farm management, environmental monitoring, smart feeding, fish health, genetics, water treatment and beyond are invited to exhibit in the new pavilion, which is expected to attract a highly targeted global audience of hatcheries staff, investors, policymakers and other innovators in the aquaculture space.
This dedicated area will feature an aquaculture meet-up for professionals across the global industry to connect and learn about the latest innovations as well as expert-lead conference sessions diving into topics on innovations and advancements driving the aquaculture sector forward.
The next seafood trade event organised by Diversified will be Seafood Expo Asia, which takes place on 10-12 September 2025 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.
