“All cookers in the market struggle with certain disadvantages regarding yield and product quality”, says general manager Harry van de Wiel, “but this new way of cooking eliminates these disadvantages and offers maximum flexibility and best cooking parameters for each shrimp individually. It will definitely increase yield and will therefore be a very interesting investment for each shrimp or shellfish processor”.

The company is also launching a brand new series of IQF freezing tunnels. “In our industry we saw a lack of proper hygienic freezers, so we choose to manufacture the whole inner and outer casing out of fully welded stainless to achieve maximum hygienic results. Stainless floors are sloped and all materials used inside are stainless. The machine will be supplied as a package and therefore can be handled easily. Evaporators and fans of highest quality are used to secure reliable operation. There’s also space for customers wishes and we finally can achieve this all within reasonable prices,” says Harry van de Wiel.
