The Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition opens its doors next week

Nearly 500 companies from 34 countries will be showcasing their products over the three day show, from 22-24 September.

This exhibition, held every three years, will be officially opened by the Icelandic Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture, Jon Bjarnason, at 10.00 on 22 September.

The event includes numerous social functions, conferences and the 5th Icelandic Fisheries Awards, which was launched in 1999 to recognise excellence within the Icelandic and international fishing industry.
