Iannis Karacostas was born in Athens, Greece in 1966. He graduated from the Technological School of Messolongi, Department of Fisheries and Ichthyology, in 1989. Since graduating he has worked in various aquaculture companies from and was recruited by BioMar Hellenic in 2001 as a sales representative. In 2003 Iannis moved to Technical Management at BioMar Hellenic. He was then appointed as Product Manager for marine species for BioMar EMEA in 2016.
