Húni Jóhannesson, a specialist in the Corporate Finance team with emphasis on projects relating to the seafood industry, will speak at this year’s Fish Waste for Profit covering the topic of ‘Investment opportunities in the by-product industry’. He also manages the partnership between Arctica Finance and The Iceland Ocean Cluster, writing and publishing articles on various seafood topics and driving forward projects related to the partnership. He has been a lecturer at Bifröst University over the last years, teaching various courses i.e. corporate finance, mathematics for business, economics and statistics, moreover he has supervised several theses. Húni has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Bifröst University and M.Sc. degrees in Financial Economics and in Corporate Finance, both from the University of Iceland. Húni is a certified securities broker in Iceland.
