Fish freezing requirements relaxed

Certain farmed fish to be eaten raw no longer need to be frozen before use

The UK’s Food Standards Agency has announced that as of 30 July, certain farmed fish destined to be eaten raw in dishes such as sushi no longer need to be frozen before use to protect consumers against parasites.
