Philippines, Indonesia and Tailand will continue to receive commercial tariff advantages with the EU, the EU Court of Justice established last month.
The three Asian countries are allowed to export a quota of 25,000 tonnes of canned tuna since 2003 with a tax export tariff of 12 per cent half of the 24 per cent applied until two years ago.
