Mowi CP of Americas has launched Mowi Signature, a new initiative designed to expand access to Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified Atlantic salmon across the US foodservice industry.
Tailored for high-volume kitchens, the programme delivers fresh, never frozen salmon that is ready-to-prep giving chefs premium quality with maximum efficiency.

“Our Scottish and Norwegian salmon reflect the high standards we uphold across our operations. This includes certifications like ASC, which recognise Mowi’s commitment to responsible aquaculture.”
Harvested at peak maturity, Mowi Signature salmon ranges from 4–8 kg and will be offered at fixed-cost giving stability in an often-volatile seafood market.
With nearly half of North America’s seafood consumed in foodservice settings, the launch aligns with growing chef and consumer demand for environmentally and socially responsible seafood.

To boost transparency and education, Mowi and ASC are co-hosting Scotland’s first ASC Discovery Tour in October 2025, an immersive experience for chefs and buyers to explore sustainable aquaculture in action.
